About the position

The Construction Program Manager at Streamline Enterprises will oversee multiple installation projects across various construction specialties, ensuring timely completion and adherence to quality standards. This role involves coordinating crews, managing schedules, and maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction through effective communication with homeowners and project stakeholders.

Responsibilities

  • Supervise and manage crews and subcontractors across multiple projects.
  • Review sold jobs and assign crews to projects based on priority.
  • Order materials, pull permits, and ensure all job sites are prepared for installation.
  • Communicate with homeowners to keep them updated on project progress.
  • Ensure all projects are completed to company standards, reviewing job photos and resolving issues as they arise.
  • Collaborate with the leadership team to meet company goals related to sales and installs.
  • Maintain equipment and vehicles to ensure operational efficiency.
  • Provide ongoing training and onboarding for new install teams.
  • Handle customer concerns and ensure satisfaction by addressing any project-related issues.

Requirements

  • Proven supervisory experience in construction management (roofing, siding, windows, doors, decks, insulation, framing, etc.).
  • Ability to manage up to 100 open projects at once.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Experience with blueprint reading, scheduling installs, and ordering materials.
  • Familiarity with CRM software, estimating tools, and other project management software.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to work collaboratively with employees, subcontractors, sales teams, homeowners, and suppliers.
  • Strong leadership and team-building abilities.
  • Experience with recruiting and training crews and subcontractors.
  • Collaborative leadership approach, able to meet sales/installation goals.
