About the position

The position involves partnering with system-level leadership of Facilities and Maintenance to implement and manage strategic projects. The role includes planning, coordinating, and assisting with administrative and financial activities for the department's Vice President, ensuring projects stay on track and deadlines are met. The individual will serve as the face of Facilities, interacting with internal customers and managing schedules, tasks, communications, and budgets.

Responsibilities

  • Support projects with effective schedule and task management.
  • Communicate effectively about projects to team members and stakeholders in a timely and clear fashion.
  • Manage the insurance claims process for the system.
  • Assemble budgets, track purchase orders, and monitor the progression of project costs.
  • Perform other related duties as required.

Requirements

  • High School diploma or equivalent.
  • 5 years of administrative experience.
  • Proficient in computer skills for data entry and retrieval of information.
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skills to build relationships with professionals and management.
  • Ability to handle complex situations and multiple responsibilities simultaneously.
  • Excellent time management and project coordination skills with strong attention to detail.
  • Excellent analytical skills.
  • Ability to work self-directed with little or no supervision.
  • Ability to prioritize, organize, and coordinate multiple work assignments in a fast-paced environment.
