Responsibilities

  • Organization of project material
  • Coordination between clients, suppliers, and employees
  • Ensure assigned processes are completed
  • Materials coordination and ordering
  • Office and field coordination
  • Payroll preparation
  • Bookkeeping entries
  • Report preparation and analysis
  • Billing
  • Other related tasks

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Technical Fields (i.e. math, engineering, etc.)
  • Full command of the English language
  • 1 to 3 years of past administrative, project management, or supervisory work experience
  • Technical aptitude and preference for detailed work
  • Demonstrated stable prior employment and strong work ethic
  • Ability to work under tight timelines
  • Prior construction administrative experience is a plus

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience in office management (2 years preferred)
  • Experience in project management (2 years preferred)
