About the position

The Construction Project Coordinator at Modus Builders is a vital role focused on supporting the success of construction projects through effective project accounting, resource management, and procurement. The position requires a highly organized and detail-oriented individual with strong bookkeeping skills and proficiency in MS Excel to ensure efficient project execution and financial control.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain accurate financial records, track budgets, and process invoices.
  • Coordinate with vendors and suppliers, manage material and equipment orders, and track inventory.
  • Analyze workflows, identify areas for improvement, and help implement financial controls to streamline project execution.
  • Keep project files organized and up-to-date, prepare regular progress reports, and assist with payroll tracking.

Requirements

  • Strong background in accounting practices and financial tracking.
  • Advanced knowledge of MS Excel, including formulas, pivot tables, and data analysis.
  • Excellent attention to detail, with a systematic approach to managing multiple tasks.
  • Effective communication skills to work well within a team and interact with project managers, suppliers, and clients.
  • Prior experience in construction coordination or project management is preferred.
