About the position

The Construction Project Coordinator will assist in managing construction projects from inception to completion, ensuring effective coordination among various stakeholders. This role requires strong leadership, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively within diverse teams to deliver high-quality projects.

Responsibilities

• Assist with the development and maintenance of project schedules using construction management software such as Primavera and ProCore.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and subcontractors to ensure project specifications are met.
• Assist with the management of project budgets, including estimating costs and tracking expenditures.
• Utilize Bluebeam for document management and collaboration among team members.
• Provide assistance for the oversight of information for daily schedules and documentation for colleagues and clients.
• Assist with the coordination of regular site inspections to monitor progress and address any issues that arise.
• Promote the facilitation of communication between stakeholders, providing updates on project status and timelines.

Requirements

• 1 year of project coordination experience.
• 1 year of time management experience.
• Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
• Excellent communication skills for liaising with team members, clients, and stakeholders.
• In-depth knowledge of construction processes, methodologies, and best practices.
• Familiarity with industry regulations and safety standards related to construction projects.
