This role is crucial as it serves as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring their needs are met throughout the restoration process. The Construction Project Coordinator will coordinate mitigation and remediation efforts, assist with dispatching field crews, and communicate essential job details to clients. Daily interaction with clients is expected, as the coordinator will advocate for their needs and keep them informed of job progress. The successful candidate will need to learn the specific language of the industry and the company, as well as understand the unique requirements of each client. This role requires a blend of analytical skills, problem-solving abilities, and strong interpersonal communication. The Construction Project Coordinator will be responsible for managing job details, ensuring compliance with company policies, and maintaining organized records of each project. The position demands a high level of organization and the ability to work under pressure while maintaining a confident demeanor with clients. The hours for this position are Monday to Friday, from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with a pay range of $22.00 to $25.00 per hour, depending on experience. The role involves coordinating with technicians, scheduling jobs, and ensuring that all parties involved are updated with accurate information. The Construction Project Coordinator will also be responsible for performing training on the software used and ensuring that all job phases are understood and executed efficiently.
