About the position

The Construction Project Coordinator will support the Construction Services and Corporate Real Estate teams by ensuring project objectives are met through effective coordination and administration of real estate, facility maintenance, and construction-related project assignments.

Responsibilities

  • Provide project coordination and administrative support for corporate real estate units (construction, facility management, real estate).
  • Assist the Construction Services Director with developing and implementing standardized project templates (budget tracking, RFPs, design and construction guidelines).
  • Submit invoices to accounts payable after obtaining required manager approvals.
  • Help organize project folder structures, manage contracts, reports, invoices, and financial files for easy access.
  • Maintain project documentation, create/update reports, and organize/schedule meetings.
  • Create and distribute meeting minutes or action items, manage project communication as needed.
  • Support special projects (facility moves, rebranding, conceptual budgets/estimates).
  • Assemble and distribute weekly project updates or photos for internal stakeholders.
  • Compile, document, and store project closeout deliverables; distribute to appropriate parties.

Requirements

  • 2 years in a similar role
  • High School or GED diploma
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite
