About the position

Enclos is seeking candidates for the Project Coordinator role through our SOAR (Succession Opportunities through Advanced Rotation) Program. This program is designed to provide hands-on training and experience for individuals who are beginning their Project Management careers with a specialty contractor. The SOAR Program consists of rotational experiences that will give you exposure to several functional areas within Enclos, including Design, Estimating, Engineering, Shop, Field, and Project Management. As you rotate through each of these segments, much of your learning will be on-the-job and supplemented with online learning opportunities presented to you through our in-house learning portal, Cornerstone Learning. Enclos is the leading facade contractor in the U.S., specializing in the design, engineering, fabrication, and assembly of custom curtainwall systems. With generations of in-house experts and hundreds of award-winning projects, we pride ourselves on delivering exceptional quality to both clients and employees.
