About the position

The Project Coordinator at Streamline General Contractors LLC plays a crucial role in supporting the Project Manager by managing various task-oriented projects. This position is designed for individuals looking to grow within the construction management field, potentially leading to a Project Manager role in the future. The coordinator will assist in both preconstruction and operational phases, ensuring effective communication and documentation throughout the project lifecycle.

Responsibilities

  • Support Project Management during the bidding/pricing process by creating bid invitations and preparing scope of work documents.
  • Track and follow up on bid communications to ensure timely responses.
  • Assist in the subcontractor award process by setting up subcontractors in project management systems and preparing contract documentation.
  • Manage project deliverables throughout construction, including document management and compliance tracking.
  • Collect, process, and organize documentation from various sources as requested by project management.
  • Coordinate electronic submission of project documentation and prepare routine correspondence such as letters and meeting notes.
  • Provide timely communication to subcontractors and team members via email and telephone.
  • Offer additional administrative support as required throughout construction.

Requirements

  • Proficiency in construction management software.
  • Strong project scheduling and coordination skills.
  • Experience in construction project management.
  • Familiarity with ProCore, Bluebeam, and other premium software.
  • Knowledge of construction estimating and Primavera P6.
  • Excellent time management and contract negotiation skills.
