As a Construction Project Coordinator, you will work closely with the Rebuild and Construction team to ensure projects progress efficiently, obtain high customer satisfaction with clear communication, and follow up for payment on services rendered. A successful Construction Project Coordinator will be organized, highly communicative, and detail-oriented. You will schedule jobs with customers and the rebuild and construction team to provide timely service, review time sheets to ensure expenses associated with jobs are correct, and participate in team meetings to provide project updates and learn from other rebuild team members. Additionally, you will create jobs in project management software so crews have appropriate information, help explain the insurance process to customers, and ensure proper documentation is in the job file. Working with the rebuild and construction team, you will ensure the entire scope of work is understood.

Responsibilities

  • Schedule jobs with customers and the rebuild and construction team to provide timely service.
  • Review time sheets to ensure expenses associated with jobs are correct.
  • Participate in team meetings to provide project updates and learn from other rebuild team members.
  • Create jobs in project management software so crews have appropriate information.
  • Help explain the insurance process to customers and field questions and concerns.
  • Ensure proper documentation is in job file.
  • Work with rebuild and construction team to ensure entire scope is understood.

Requirements

  • Must be able to pass a criminal background check.
  • Minimum 1 year experience in construction project coordination, or construction field work.
  • Minimum 1 year of collections experience.
  • Minimum 1 year of customer service experience.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills and ability to work with a variety of people.
  • Proficiency with office technology and equipment and willingness to learn new platforms.
  • Strong task and priority management skills.
  • Basic math skills and understanding of basic financial concepts.
  • Possess sense of urgency while presenting a positive attitude and strong work ethic.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office programs - Excel and Word.
  • Ability to learn and operate our primary operating systems: DASH, Xactimate, TSheets and T&M.
