About the position

The Construction Project Coordinator will assist in the administrative and technical direction of construction projects, supporting the Superintendent and project team in execution, design, and estimate preparation. This role is essential for ensuring that projects are strategically planned and executed efficiently.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in strategic planning and execution of projects.
  • Create conceptual designs using AutoCAD.
  • Support estimates, bid solicitations, and project schedules using Oracle Primavera.
  • Manage financials using Viewpoint, project documentation in Procore, and submittals.
  • Coordinate subcontractor meetings, ensure safety protocols, and maintain stakeholder communication.
  • Help with O&M manuals and As-Built drawings.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction, Architecture, or related field.
  • Proficient in Excel, Word, OPC, AutoCAD, Viewpoint, and Procore.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
  • 3 years of experience working on construction projects.
  • 3 years of experience with AutoCAD.
  • 3 years of experience with ProCore.
  • 1 year of experience with Primavera.
