About the position

The Construction Project Engineer/Coordinator at Weston Solutions, Inc. plays a crucial role in managing project documentation and coordination across various construction projects nationwide. This position involves close collaboration with project managers, contractors, and specialists to ensure the successful completion of projects while contributing to environmental sustainability efforts.

Responsibilities

  • Actively manage all documentation, shared folders, and tracking updates.
  • Create Purchase Order requisition forms for project managers.
  • Review Conflict of interest documents for all national projects.
  • Track numerous projects from beginning to end using a procurement tracker.
  • Collect executed documents from subcontractors such as Certificate of insurance, Release of liens, Purchase Order contract, Terms and Condition forms, DBA/SCA forms.
  • Process subcontractor invoices.
  • Manage and download Weston reports to the appropriate client/project folders.
  • Manage critical databases that update financials, vendors, and project closeout information.
  • Manage invoices and expedite the expense reporting process.
  • Track and communicate updates to monthly invoices, payment, and expense reporting.
  • Meet Weston EHS program certifications and educational training requirements.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office tools.
  • Experience in creating Purchase Order Requisitions.
  • Professional manner in interactions with subcontractors and clients.
