The Project Engineer position at Pullman Power LLC is a developmental role supported by the Project Engineer Career Development (PECD) Program. This three-year mentorship program focuses on cultivating impactful leaders within the company through hands-on experience and mentorship in various areas such as estimating, budget preparation, project cost control, scheduling, safety management, and client relations. The role is designed for dynamic individuals eager to manage vertical concrete repair projects and offers a pathway for internal promotion and professional development.

Responsibilities

• Work hands-on with multiple mentors in various areas of expertise.
• Master skills in estimating, budget preparation, and project cost control.
• Track scheduling and production rates for projects.
• Manage safety and quality control on job sites.
• Develop business and maintain client relations.
• Support multiple projects across commercial and public industries.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
• Cumulative GPA of 2.8 or higher.
• Minimum of one relevant internship experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Exceptional documentation and organizational skills.
• Aptitude for solving problems.
• Reliable transportation from the office to job sites.
