About the position

The Project Engineer position at STRUCTURAL is a developmental role designed to cultivate future leaders through the Project Engineer Career Development (PECD) Program. This three-year mentorship program emphasizes hands-on experience and skill mastery in various areas such as estimating, budget preparation, project cost control, scheduling, safety management, and client relations. The role offers a unique opportunity for professional growth and the chance to manage vertical concrete repair projects across multiple industries, primarily in industrial and power sectors.

Responsibilities

• Work hands-on with multiple mentors in various areas of expertise.
• Master skills in estimating, budget preparation, and project cost control.
• Track scheduling and production rates for projects.
• Manage safety and quality control on job sites.
• Develop business and client relations.
• Support multiple projects across various industries.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
• Cumulative GPA of 2.8 or higher.
• A minimum of one relevant internship experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Exceptional documentation and organizational skills.
• Aptitude for solving problems.
• Reliable transportation from the office to jobsites.
