About the position

The Construction Project Engineer position at STRUCTURAL is a developmental role designed to cultivate future leaders through the Project Engineer Career Development (PECD) Program. This three-year mentorship program emphasizes hands-on experience and skill mastery in various areas such as estimating, budget preparation, project cost control, scheduling, safety management, and client relations. The role offers a unique opportunity for professional growth and internal promotion, allowing individuals to explore diverse career paths while working on vertical concrete repair projects across multiple industries, primarily industrial and power.

Responsibilities

  • Participate in the Project Engineer Career Development (PECD) Program.
  • Work hands-on with mentors across various expertise areas.
  • Master skills in estimating, budget preparation, and project cost control.
  • Track scheduling and production rates for projects.
  • Manage safety and quality control on job sites.
  • Develop business and client relations.
  • Support multiple projects within the industrial and power sectors.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
  • Cumulative GPA of 2.8 or higher.
  • Minimum of one relevant internship experience.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Exceptional documentation and organizational skills.
  • Aptitude for solving problems.
  • Reliable transportation from the office to job sites.
