About the position

The Construction Project Engineer (PE) position at RQC, LLC. involves supporting various phases of commercial construction projects, primarily focused on the Department of Defense market. The role requires working on-site with a team of construction management professionals to ensure project success from conceptual development to final completion. Candidates will be involved in planning, scheduling, coordinating, and monitoring project activities, with opportunities for project management responsibilities based on experience.

Responsibilities

• Support all assigned activities and phases of commercial construction projects.
• Administer, organize, plan, schedule, coordinate, and monitor project processes.
• Work on-site with Project Managers, Superintendents, Quality Control Managers, and Site Safety and Health Officers.
• Assist in managing project responsibilities as delegated based on experience and skills.

Requirements

• A BA/BS degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Business, or a related field.
• Computer literacy, including Microsoft Office, Outlook, and Internet.
• CPR, First Aid, and OSHA 30-hour Certifications (training can be provided).

Nice-to-haves

• Specific software literacy in Primavera 3/6, Viewpoint, BIM, and Revit.
• LEED GA credential.
• QCM certificate.
