About the position

The Manager of Operations and Construction will play a crucial role in coordinating and overseeing the daily operations of the organization, with a specific focus on managing construction projects. This position is designed for a proactive individual who can improve operational practices, allocate resources effectively, and ensure timely project completion while maintaining high standards of communication and compliance with regulations.

Responsibilities

• Manage and improve operational and construction practices
• Allocate resources and materials to meet project deadlines
• Track and forecast operational trends and analysis
• Deliver accurate, orderly, and timely transition of projects from the estimating phase, through construction, to project completion
• Have a high level of knowledge with multiple types of agreements, including contracts, purchase orders, and insurance documents
• Provide daily operations oversight for field and office administration teams
• Formalize policies and procedures in accordance to HR regulations
• Actively communicate with the President, clients, subcontractors, field superintendent and office manager

Requirements

• Previous experience in operations or other related fields
• Strong project management skills
