About the position

The Construction Project Manager at Belimed is responsible for overseeing the installation process of Belimed products across multiple states in the western United States. This role involves managing customer relations, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget, and coordinating with various departments to facilitate successful project execution. The position requires significant travel and is home-based, emphasizing the importance of effective communication and project management skills.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the entire installation process of Belimed products.
  • Ensure projects are completed within approved scope, budget, and schedule.
  • Assume responsibility for equipment installation rollout, including site preparations and workflow management for labor resources.
  • Develop, monitor, and maintain project schedules.
  • Identify and address potential liabilities, risks, or delays to successful project completion; communicate plans to mitigate impact.
  • Manage and coordinate the day-to-day development and tasking of each project.
  • Provide on-site customer support and act as a liaison between Belimed and outside customers.
  • Attend construction meetings to ensure clear understanding of Belimed install requirements.
  • Work closely with Sales, Engineering, CAD, Field Service, and Production to ensure availability of employees and equipment.
  • Ensure accurate and timely hand-off from Planning & Design to Sales and Service departments.

Requirements

  • Associate's degree in a technical discipline or minimum 4 years' experience in construction project management.
  • 2-4 years' experience with construction project management.
  • Experience in MS Office Suite & MS Project.
  • Demonstrated success in developing and managing project budgets, schedules, and timelines.
  • Excellent organizational, interpersonal, collaborative, and communication skills.
  • Ability to forecast project revenue and react appropriately to unexpected outcomes.
  • Ability to communicate information clearly and concisely to key stakeholders in both written and verbal formats.
  • Ability to read and understand construction documents (drawings, details, and technical specifications).
  • Proven problem-solving ability.
  • Ability and willingness to travel up to 75%, primarily in the continental US.
