About the position

The Construction Project Manager will oversee all aspects of construction projects from inception to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. This role is crucial for managing personnel, materials, and equipment while ensuring compliance with safety standards and building codes. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and a deep understanding of construction processes, contributing to the firm's vision of scaling operations and enhancing project performance.

Responsibilities

• Plan, oversee, and deliver construction projects in accordance with client specifications.
• Manage the coordination of personnel, materials, and equipment necessary for project execution.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards, building codes, and legal requirements.
• Monitor project progress and adjust schedules and resources as needed.
• Communicate regularly with clients, construction crews, and subcontractors to ensure project objectives are met.
• Prepare and submit project documents, including budgets, plans, and compliance reports.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a closely related field.
• At least 5 years of professional experience in project management within the construction industry.
• Certification in OSHA 30-hour training, along with CPR and First Aid/AED.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and foundational knowledge of construction management software.
• Strong leadership and decision-making skills.
• Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
• Exceptional communication and negotiation skills.
• Proactive problem-solving capabilities.
