About the position

We are seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager to oversee and manage construction projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards while adhering to safety regulations.

Responsibilities

• Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope and objectives.
• Allocate resources efficiently, including labor, materials, and equipment, to meet project requirements.
• Lead and coordinate project teams, including subcontractors, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders.
• Track project progress, making adjustments as necessary to stay on schedule and within budget.
• Ensure all work is performed according to industry standards, specifications, and safety regulations.
• Maintain clear communication with clients, stakeholders, and team members regarding project status, issues, and changes.
• Identify potential project risks and develop strategies to mitigate them.
• Resolve any conflicts or issues that arise during construction.
• Prepare and maintain project documentation, including contracts, change orders, and reports.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Project Manager in the construction industry (typically 5+ years).
• Strong understanding of construction processes, regulations, and safety standards.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively.
• Relevant certifications (e.g., PMP, CCM) are a plus.
