About the position

The Construction Project Manager will oversee residential remodeling projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget. This role requires a blend of office and on-site responsibilities, including managing budgets, conducting project reviews, and leading client meetings. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in remodeling and be proficient in project management tasks.

Responsibilities

  • Manage residential remodeling projects from inception to completion.
  • Conduct project reviews and client meetings to ensure satisfaction and alignment with project goals.
  • Oversee subcontractor reviews and training to maintain quality standards.
  • Assist in estimating and purchasing materials for projects, including budget preparation.
  • Handle office tasks such as budgets, project documentation, and scheduling meetings.
  • Visit job sites regularly to monitor progress and address any issues that arise.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in remodeling as a Project Manager.
  • Proficient in computer applications, especially Excel and Outlook.
  • Strong organizational skills to manage both office and job site tasks.
