About the position

The Construction Project Manager at LiRo Group is responsible for overseeing a large building renovation and site work project in Montauk, Long Island. This role involves coordinating pre-construction efforts, managing subcontractors, and ensuring quality control throughout the project lifecycle. The position requires strong leadership and communication skills to effectively liaise with clients and ensure compliance with industry standards.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate pre-construction efforts in design.
• Schedule subcontractors, consultants, inspectors, and vendors to complete projects on time.
• Monitor work and materials to ensure quality control standards are met at various stages of the project.
• Provide job site leadership in all areas of scheduling, safety, and quality.
• Ensure compliance with generally accepted standards of workmanship.
• Communicate directly with the client.
• Provide technical evaluations, advice, and guidance.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or a related field.
• 10-15 years of successful construction project management experience.
• Building experience is a must; parks experience is a big plus.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
