About the position

The Construction Project Manager at Sevan Multi-Site Solutions is responsible for managing ongoing construction programs for retail and restaurant clients, particularly in the grocery and quick-service restaurant sectors. This role involves overseeing multiple ground-up construction projects across Texas and Oklahoma, ensuring they progress on schedule and within budget while acting as an extension of the owner's design and construction staff.

Responsibilities

• On-site project management of construction activities
• Direct and coordinate the activities of the project team to ensure progress on schedule and within budget
• Proactively communicate project-related issues with senior management
• Examine construction documentation for completeness and accuracy
• Review bid results, specifications, and progress reports to gain familiarity with the project
• Confirm and verify permitting requirements
• Manage and monitor project work in the field
• Diligently manage change orders
• Follow established standards for project reporting and documentation
• Prepare and provide weekly status reports for projects
• Identify and solve or elevate project issues related to cost, schedule, safety, or quality
• Represent the company in project meetings
• Develop and maintain relationships with clients, subcontractors, and vendors

Requirements

• Minimum 4-year degree in an accredited construction-related program or equivalent
• 8-10 years of related experience in construction project management of multi-site QSR or cafe retail locations
• Experience in construction management of ground-up/new build projects
• Experience in multi-site, regional rollout programs

Nice-to-haves

• Experience with leading brands like McDonald's, Starbucks, and Whataburger
