The Construction Sales Consultant position is designed for highly motivated individuals, particularly those with a background in bartending or serving, to join Reroof America Contractors' Management Training Program. This role offers a stable career path in the storm restoration industry, which has shown resilience and growth during economic downturns. The position starts at an entry-level sales consultant role, with opportunities for advancement into management based on performance. The program includes comprehensive training in sales techniques, property evaluations, and leadership skills necessary for managing a new office.

Responsibilities

• Complete a 4-week paid orientation program.
• Prospect for new opportunities for 10 hours a week.
• Perform a minimum of 8 property inspections per week.
• Create a minimum of 6 sales opportunities per week.
• Give a minimum of 6 presentations per week.
• Obtain a minimum of 3 service agreements per week.
• Schedule a minimum of 3 adjuster meetings per week.
• Win a minimum of 2 new jobs per week.
• Generate a minimum of $25,000 in revenue per week.
• Meet minimum revenue quotas each month.

Requirements

• Effective communicator with strong business acumen.
• Leadership experience of at least 2 years.
• Comfortable working in a quota-driven environment.
• Knowledge of Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel.
• Ability to pass a background check.
• Must be able to carry and climb a ladder.
• Associate's degree at minimum.
