This role is designed for an experienced professional who can effectively develop and support distributors and electrical contractor opportunities, with a strong focus on achieving project success through the area construction channel. The position is remote/hybrid, allowing for flexibility while maintaining a strong market presence. In this role, you will be responsible for providing market presence and channel support to achieve share growth in the Wisconsin market. You will fully utilize SieSales as a tool to develop and forecast contractor opportunities, ensuring that you are well-equipped to support a range of products including panelboards, switchboards, medium voltage gear, lighting panels, low voltage switchgear, busway, motor control centers, molded case circuit breakers, IEC/NEMA control, safety switches, and residential products. Your responsibilities will also include building and maintaining a comprehensive business plan that cultivates a healthy sales pipeline. This involves uncovering new opportunities, following up on leads, and managing an existing customer base. You will develop and implement strategic account plans that exceed expectations in revenue retention and growth, account profitability, and customer satisfaction and loyalty. Building long-term relationships with senior management at key customer accounts, solution partners, and channel partners will be crucial to your success in this role.
