About the position

The Construction Scheduler II is responsible for setting up and maintaining construction schedules using Oracle's Primavera P6 Professional Project Management software. This role provides essential project estimating, planning, scheduling, and support for various business lines including Wind, Solar, Battery (BESS), and Transmission & Distribution (T&D). The position emphasizes safety, quality, and environmental management, ensuring effective communication and collaboration with project stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.

Responsibilities

• Set up and maintain construction schedules using Primavera P6.
• Participate in required training and follow safety, quality, and environmental management procedures.
• Ensure timely communication with key project stakeholders from schedule development through project closure.
• Train and mentor construction site teams in schedule updating and adherence processes.
• Collaborate with project teams to maintain resources and cost-loaded project schedules.
• Perform schedule updates and gather status updates from stakeholders.
• Lead project schedule-related meetings weekly and engage stakeholders.
• Develop and maintain proposal and pre-construction schedules through Primavera P6.
• Participate in continuous improvement projects and solicit input from project teams.

Requirements

• High School/GED required; Bachelor's degree in construction, engineering, or project management preferred.
• 2+ years of experience in construction project schedule preparation, monitoring, and controlling required; 3 years preferred.
• 3+ years of experience in renewable energy (specifically wind) and/or T&D industry preferred.
• Ability to travel 31 to 50% domestically and internationally.
• Valid driver's license required.
• Proficiency in Oracle's Primavera P6 Professional Project Management Software.
• Knowledge of renewable energy construction industry practices and procedures.
• Experience with critical path management (CPM) methodologies and project planning.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.

• OSHA 10 or 30 certification.
