About the position

The Construction Site Security Officer plays a crucial role in ensuring the safety and security of client properties and personnel. This position involves monitoring activities at assigned sites, providing customer service, and enforcing regulations to maintain order. The role is available in both part-time and full-time capacities, with a focus on integrity, vigilance, and helpfulness as core values.

Responsibilities

• Observe and report activities and incidents at assigned client sites.
• Provide security and safety for client property and personnel.
• Patrol various locations to maintain a secure environment.
• Enforce regulations and directives for personnel and visitors.
• Provide customer service and information to clients' employees and customers.

Requirements

• Must have excellent customer service skills.
• Ability to pass a drug screen and background check.
• Meet applicable state, county, and municipal licensing requirements for Security Officers/Guard.
• Frequent sitting, standing, and walking, which may be required for long periods of time.
• Ability to lift and/or move up to 10 pounds frequently and up to 25 pounds occasionally.
