As a Superintendent, you will be responsible for upholding and supporting all corporate safety initiatives, making safety a top priority across all projects. You will review plans, specifications, and contracts to develop construction procedures that emphasize safety, quality, schedule, and budget. Your expertise in schedule management will be crucial as you develop project schedules and lead construction activities, ensuring alignment with the project's logic, sequence, and timeline. In addition to project planning, you will manage the procurement of tools and materials, ensuring timely delivery that meets quality standards and work schedules. You will direct and collaborate with supervisory personnel and subcontractors to plan, execute, and coordinate various construction phases, maintaining adherence to the project schedule.
