About the position

Superior Staffing LLC is seeking an Area Sales Manager to join our team in Nashville, TN. In this full-time role, you will leverage your sales expertise to manage multiple sales processes simultaneously, guiding them through various stages of the sales cycle. You will be supported by an internal staffing team, as recruiting and staffing are integral to your responsibilities. Your primary focus will be on closing sales by establishing and nurturing relationships with clients both in person at our office and on job sites, as well as through phone calls and emails. Building a strong network will be essential for generating referral business and providing job opportunities for our skilled craftsmen across various trades. As an Area Sales Manager, you will be expected to collaborate with your team on a weekly basis or as needed, ensuring that you are a trusted internal partner. You will also be responsible for managing and recording your sales efforts in a CRM system, which is crucial for tracking your progress and success. Additionally, you will be tasked with recruiting and filling various job orders as they arise, making your role dynamic and multifaceted. This position is ideal for a motivated individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is eager to exceed sales quotas while contributing to the growth of the company.

Responsibilities

  • Close sales by building relationships in person at the office and on job sites, as well as through phone and email communications.

Requirements

  • Bilingual is a plus.
  • Proven experience in sales, particularly in cold calling and relationship building.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple sales processes simultaneously.
  • Ability to thrive under pressure and exceed sales quotas.
  • Excellent follow-up and time management skills.
