About the position

The Construction Superintendent/Project Manager is responsible for overseeing all aspects of commercial construction projects, including medical offices, hotels, and retail stores. This role requires strong leadership, organizational, and time management skills to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget. The superintendent will directly supervise field labor and coordinate with subcontractors to achieve project goals, all while working under the guidance of the Project Manager.

Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of commercial construction projects.
• Supervise field labor, including laborers and subcontractors.
• Ensure timely and profitable completion of projects.
• Track project schedules and cost projections to prevent delays.
• Coordinate personnel and materials for project efficiency.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience as a commercial construction superintendent.
• Proven experience on ground-up and tenant improvement (TI) commercial projects.
• Strong understanding of project schedules and budget management.
• Demonstrated leadership and communication skills.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience with medical office buildings and retail stores.
• Familiarity with tilt-up buildings and malls.
