Requirements

• Valid Driver's License
• Minimum 2 years of construction experience in the field
• Minimum 1 year of supervisory experience
• Bilingual in Spanish and English or willingness to learn
• Strong communication skills for external and internal contacts
• Willingness to travel out of state for work
• Ability to navigate apps like Timestamps and WhatsApp.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience in horizontal drilling and installing conduit
• Familiarity with fiber optics installation
