The Construction Worker position at Cig Signs & Graphics (Signarama Cleveland) involves joining a fast-growing sign and graphics company as part of the installation team. The role requires an experienced individual skilled in finish carpentry, general construction, and installations, with a focus on delivering high-quality work in various outdoor and indoor settings.

Responsibilities

• Perform all types of indoor and outdoor signage installations.
• Operate power tools and hand tools effectively.
• Drive and run a bucket truck and operate a crane when necessary.
• Troubleshoot and install electrical components as needed.
• Work on concrete, foundation work, and excavating tasks.
• Lift and carry materials weighing 50-60 lbs.
• Work from ladders or lift equipment to install signs on buildings.
• Complete diverse tasks in the shop and on-site as required.
• Exhibit a strong work ethic and a positive attitude while working.
• Adapt to working odd hours and travel for short-term jobs.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of general construction/building experience.
• Experience in all aspects of construction is a significant plus.
• Strong work ethic with a willingness to do whatever it takes to get the job done.
• Experience in troubleshooting and installing electrical components is a plus.
• Proficient in using power tools and hand tools.
• Willingness to work outdoors in any weather conditions.
• Ability to lift 50-60 lbs and work from ladders or lift equipment.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience in driving and running a bucket truck.
