About the position
MJT Construction, Inc. is seeking construction laborers for retail commercial construction projects. This full-time position involves long-term commitments and requires laborers to report to the construction superintendent. The role includes various physical tasks and the operation of power tools, with opportunities for training and advancement within the company.
Responsibilities
- Complete tasks as assigned by the supervisor including demolition, concrete work, framing, and fixture installation.
- Unload materials by hand and/or forklift.
- Perform physical labor tasks as required.
- Operate power tools safely and effectively.
Requirements
- 1 year of carpentry experience (preferred).
- 1 year of construction experience (preferred).
- High school diploma or equivalent (preferred).
