About the position
Palatial Homes Design is seeking a reliable and competent Construction Worker to join our team in Hilton Head Island, SC. This full-time position offers a starting pay of $16 per hour and requires a commitment to working on luxury home construction projects. The ideal candidate will have experience on job sites, particularly in the luxury home sector, although this is not mandatory. Physical strength, endurance, and a strong initiative to complete tasks are essential for success in this role. The Construction Worker will be expected to work well in a team environment, demonstrating punctuality and adherence to the company dress code for every shift. The Construction Worker will assist the project manager and subcontractors in various construction projects, which may include loading, unloading, and carrying materials at construction sites. The role also involves using tools and equipment to accomplish relevant tasks, cleaning out the site from debris and discarded materials, and maintaining and caring for equipment. Additionally, the worker will be responsible for washing trucks and organizing the warehouse to ensure a safe and efficient work environment. Responsibilities

Requirements
- Experience as a construction worker
- Follows directions specifically and with care
- Ability to lift 75lbs safely
- Experience in operating relevant tools and equipment
- Ability to work as part of a team
- Follow all safety guidelines
