About the position

The Consultant, Account (Client Relations Manager 3PL) at Cardinal Health is responsible for managing and nurturing long-term relationships with assigned clients to achieve mutual goals. Responsibilities

  • Serve as the central point of contact for an assigned set of clients.
  • Provide regular updates to clients and internal staff on action items.
  • Monitor performance metrics as outlined in customer contracts and report results monthly.
  • Align support services to meet client and market needs.
  • Assist in the development and completion of projects, managing work plans to meet commitments.
  • Act as the point person for contracts, fee increases, and amendments.
  • Collaborate with the sales team on Requests for Proposals to ensure unified messaging.
  • Analyze program processes and recommend improvements for efficiency and cost reduction.
  • Effectively communicate project information to superiors.
  • Deliver engaging and informative presentations internally and externally.
  • Resolve and escalate issues in a timely manner.
  • Build a knowledge base of each client's business and objectives.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Minimum of 4 years related sales experience.
  • Valid driver's license.
  • Ability to travel as needed.
  • Proven product knowledge in the business area.
