Responsibilities

• Serve as the central point of contact for an assigned set of clients.
• Provide regular updates to clients and internal staff on action items.
• Monitor performance metrics as outlined in customer contracts and report results monthly to clients.
• Align support services to meet client and market needs.
• Assist in the development, refinement, and completion of projects, managing work plans to ensure timely commitments are met.
• Act as the point person for all contracts, fee increases, and amendments, collaborating with the sales team on Requests for Proposals.
• Analyze program processes and recommend improvements for efficiency and expense reduction.
• Effectively communicate project information to superiors and deliver organized presentations internally and externally.
• Resolve and escalate issues in a timely manner.
• Build a knowledge base of each client's business, organization, and objectives.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Minimum of 4 years related sales experience preferred.
• Ability to travel as needed.
• Proven product knowledge in the business area.
• Valid driver's license.
