The ideal starting point for the Business Computer Information Systems, MIS or Computer Science major that is anxious to be engaged in the multiple career paths available within the industry. As a Consultant you will have the visibility and responsibility to maintain, manage and enhance multiple Contact Center enterprise solutions that are vital to the success of Corporations and government entities and/or evolve to be a part or the team that designs/delivers/deploys these solutions. The Consultant will work within defined processes to execute enhancements and maintain solution stability and also be responsible to react to Customer reported events and perform any triage when necessary. Your initial focus will be the industry leading Contact Center Software suite, Genesys. The Consultant will have the opportunity to work with all components of the Genesys Suite, which include bots, AI, self-service (IVR), voice, SMS, real-time analytics, routing, reporting and recording solutions. Based on your growth and aptitude, tasks may also include maintaining, developing and deploying SQL for ETLs and BI reporting. You, as the right candidate for this Entry Level position; should be innovative and eager to absorb new concepts and technologies.
