About the position

The Consultant, Customer Success Management role at Qmulos is a full-time position focused on ensuring compliance and driving product adoption among government and commercial clients. The ideal candidate will leverage their expertise in compliance frameworks and the Risk Management Framework (RMF) process to collaborate with customers and internal teams, ensuring operational excellence and effective utilization of Qmulos products.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate closely with internal teams and customers to understand governance requirements and define success metrics.
  • Utilize in-depth knowledge of cybersecurity control frameworks to meet governance requirements using Qmulos products.
  • Stay updated on compliance framework updates and security directives to maintain Qmulos' competitive edge.
  • Master Qmulos products and suggest enhancements based on customer needs and cybersecurity trends.
  • Lead customer enablement sessions and deliver engaging training to ensure effective product utilization.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with government clients, acting as a trusted compliance advisor.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a compliance-focused role within the US government or commercial sector.
  • Deep understanding of the Risk Management Framework (RMF) process.
  • Expertise in cybersecurity control frameworks and US government directives (e.g., NIST 800-53 R4/R5, NIST 800-171/172, CMMC Version 2.0).
  • Strong information assurance consulting, client engagement, and relationship management skills.
  • Ability to conduct dynamic customer enablement sessions and deliver engaging end-user training.

Nice-to-haves

  • Knowledge of international or private frameworks such as Essential 8, GDPR, ISO 27000/27001, HIPAA, SOX, HITRUST.
  • A bachelor's degree in information security or a related field.
  • Relevant industry certifications (e.g., CISSP, CISM, CISA, Security+).
