About the position

TransUnion is seeking a Consultant, Data Integration to join the Analytics Operations team. This role focuses on providing strategic recommendations to clients regarding Data Management Platforms and Multi-Touch Attribution based on extensive experience with ad tech platforms. The ideal candidate will be an analytical thinker capable of working independently and collaboratively to enhance client relationships and drive data-driven marketing innovation.

Responsibilities

  • Establish strong client relationships by understanding account strategies to enhance technical efforts.
  • Serve as a pre- and post-sales technical subject matter expert to drive adoption and ROI through innovative marketing tactics.
  • Work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment.
  • Deliver market feedback from customers to product and engineering teams.
  • Manage customer technical integration inquiries and path to resolution for issues with appropriate teams.
  • Drive ongoing operational support for existing products and customized implementations with minimal supervision.
  • Coach and mentor junior team members in a project-based environment.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience.
  • 2-3 years of experience in agency or publisher side ad operations.
  • Deep understanding of ad serving and the ad tech/mar tech industry.
  • Prior experience with DMPs such as Neustar, Adobe, Oracle BlueKai, and DSPs like The Trade Desk, DV360.
  • Familiarity with ad servers like Campaign Manager, Flashtalking, Innovid, and site analytics tools such as Adobe, Google Analytics, Coremetrics.
  • Experience with Tag Management Solutions (TMS) like Tealium, Google Tag Manager, Signal, Ensighten.

Nice-to-haves

  • Impeccable organizational, operational, analytical, presentation, and project management skills.
  • Familiarity with market research, statistical methods, big data, and segmentation modeling approaches.
  • Working knowledge of HTML, JavaScript, SQL, or related programming tools.
  • Familiarity with Excel concepts such as VLOOKUP and INDEXMATCH.
  • Strong mathematical and problem-solving skills.
