The Digital Marketing team plays a crucial role in this mission by developing and driving digital marketing campaigns and strategies that not only meet but exceed business objectives. This position is integral to understanding our customers across all digital channels and creating compelling marketing programs that drive revenue and sales in support of our business goals. The Consultant, Digital Marketing will be part of the Pharmaceutical Segment Digital Marketing team, focusing on supporting digital campaigns specifically for Navista. This role involves collaboration with marketing teams, cross-functional business units, and external vendors to develop and execute effective, relevant, and measurable email and digital marketing campaigns. The consultant will be responsible for building awareness, nurturing qualified leads, and tracking campaign ROI. Key responsibilities include understanding business objectives, managing vendor relationships, executing campaign tactics, and analyzing campaign results to provide actionable recommendations for improved performance. In this role, the consultant will utilize strong analytical abilities to evaluate the end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and touchpoints. They will also be expected to evaluate emerging technologies and provide thought leadership for their adoption where appropriate. The position requires a proactive approach to project management and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment, ensuring that all digital marketing efforts align with the overall business objectives.
