About the position

At Navista, a Cardinal Health company, our mission is to empower community oncology practices to deliver patient-centered cancer care. The Consultant, Digital Marketing Campaign Management will be an integral part of our Pharmaceutical Segment Digital Marketing team, focusing on supporting digital campaigns for Navista. This role involves collaborating with marketing teams, cross-functional business units, and external vendors to develop and execute effective, relevant, and measurable email and digital marketing campaigns. The Consultant will play a crucial role in building awareness, nurturing qualified leads, and tracking campaign ROI. The Digital Marketing team is responsible for developing and driving digital marketing campaigns and strategies that meet and exceed business objectives while providing insights about our customers across all digital channels. This includes creating compelling marketing programs to drive revenue and sales, planning and executing web, SEO/SEM, email, social media, advertising, and promotional campaigns, and utilizing strong analytical abilities to evaluate the end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels. The Consultant will also evaluate emerging technologies and provide thought leadership for their adoption where appropriate, ensuring that all marketing efforts align with business goals and objectives. In this role, the Consultant will understand business objectives and recommend campaign and tactical approaches in the digital channel. They will manage vendor relationships and execute campaign work, including paid search and social accounts, email communications, and website content updates. The Consultant will analyze campaign results, provide regular reporting, and make actionable recommendations for improved performance, ensuring that all marketing practices are effective and aligned with the company's strategic goals.

Responsibilities

  • Understand business objectives and recommend campaign and tactical approaches in the digital channel.
  • Work with all stakeholders to execute campaign work to support business objectives.
  • Project management and ability to manage vendor/agency relationships on a day-to-day basis for digital marketing tactics such as email, marketing automation, SEO/SEM, social media, programmatic, and display advertising.
  • Execute and report on approved campaign tactics including paid search and paid social accounts, emails and marketing automation platforms, and website content updates.
  • Pull reports and build dashboards in analytics tools to analyze campaign results.
  • Proactively work with Site Operations teams to update templates, host content and landing pages, and ensure recommended web practices are followed.
  • Produce various weekly or monthly reports that analyze and report on email marketing performance and effectiveness.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in related field, or equivalent work experience, preferred.
  • 3+ years' experience in related field, preferred.
  • 2 - 5 years of digital marketing experience, either in-house or at an agency/consultancy.
  • Experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Account Engagement (Pardot), and Sales Cloud is preferred.
  • Proven experience executing email communications through a marketing automation platform is required.
  • Basic understanding of HTML.
  • Strong critical thinking and creative problem-solving ability.
  • Analytically driven, with the ability to understand and report on email marketing metrics.
  • Experience supporting search engine marketing and social marketing campaigns is preferred.
  • Hands-on experience with web content management systems required.
  • Solid project management and inter-departmental coordination skills.
  • Strong verbal and communications skills.
  • Highly motivated with ability to adapt to change.
