The Consultant, Digital Marketing Campaign Management will be an integral part of our Pharmaceutical Segment Digital Marketing team, focusing on supporting digital campaigns for Navista. This role involves collaborating with marketing teams, cross-functional business units, and external vendors to develop and execute effective, relevant, and measurable email and digital marketing campaigns. The Consultant will play a crucial role in building awareness, nurturing qualified leads, and tracking campaign ROI. The Digital Marketing team is responsible for developing and driving digital marketing campaigns and strategies that meet and exceed business objectives while providing insights about our customers across all digital channels. This includes creating compelling marketing programs to drive revenue and sales, planning and executing web, SEO/SEM, email, social media, advertising, and promotional campaigns. The Consultant will utilize strong analytical abilities to evaluate the end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touchpoints, identify trends and insights to optimize spend and performance, and evaluate emerging technologies for potential adoption. In this role, the Consultant will understand business objectives and recommend campaign and tactical approaches in the digital channel. They will manage vendor relationships and execute campaign work to support business objectives, including project management for digital marketing tactics such as email, marketing automation, SEO/SEM, social media, programmatic, and display advertising. The Consultant will also analyze campaign results, provide regular reporting, and develop actionable recommendations for improved performance, ensuring that all digital marketing efforts align with the overall goals of Navista and Cardinal Health.
