We are on the lookout for an experienced Consultant - Industrial Hygienist based in Southeast region (Texas, Florida, Georgia, and Tennessee) who is passionate about shaping the future of Industrial Hygiene and Occupational Health. You'll be at the forefront of delivering innovative industrial hygiene and OHS solutions, growing our business, and collaborating with world-class clients. This position requires frequent travel.

Responsibilities

  • Blend technical EHS consulting with strategic business development to enhance client relationships and grow market presence.
  • Manage complex industrial hygiene programs, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations, particularly OSHA standards.
  • Conduct thorough investigations, audits, and risk assessments, driving continuous improvement in health and safety practices.
  • Mentor and potentially manage a team, fostering a learning environment that encourages knowledge sharing and professional growth.
  • Support regional and national clients with an estimated 20% travel (mostly regional).

Requirements

  • Expertise in industrial hygiene and a solid background in OHS and EHS.
  • 5-7 years of consulting experience.
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in science or an EHS-related field.
  • Strong business acumen and proficiency in project or client management.
  • Ability to nurture long-term partnerships.
  • Experience in multidisciplinary teams, offering expertise in industrial hygiene and safety regulations.
  • Open to travel (up to 50-75%).
  • Proactive approach to identifying and seizing opportunities for business development.
  • Industry experience in energy, chemical manufacturing, government, high tech and electronics, semiconductor, biotech, and pharmaceutical.
  • Certified Industrial Hygienist is required.
