About the position

Trissential is seeking a Product Operations Analyst focused on digital health product operations to join their client team remotely in Rochester, MN. This role involves applying analytical and operational expertise to implement and support digital health solutions, leveraging data insights to optimize product deployment and enhance user experience.

Responsibilities

  • Apply advanced systems thinking to tackle complex operational challenges and support digital health products.
  • Use analytical tools to evaluate processes and outcomes, offering actionable insights for improvement.
  • Extract, analyze, and interpret data to support clinical programs and drive strategic decision-making.
  • Develop and maintain metrics dashboards to track KPIs, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
  • Collaborate with product and operations leaders to coordinate and implement new product solutions.
  • Act as a primary liaison across clinical, digital operations, and product teams to maintain clear communication.
  • Validate products through end-to-end testing, supporting the launch of new features and services.
  • Monitor feedback from patients, care teams, and end-users to identify and address improvement areas.
  • Provide training and develop resources to align operational strategies with organizational goals.
  • Oversee device configuration, logistics, and third-party compliance with service-level agreements.
  • Manage purchase orders and invoices, monitor budget spending, and perform budget analysis.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, statistics, healthcare, or related field with 2+ years of analyst experience, or high school diploma/GED with 6+ years of relevant experience.
  • Solid understanding of business strategy and operational planning principles.
  • Proficiency in operational analysis methodologies and tools.
  • Strong analytical and operational skills, particularly in clinical services and process improvement.
  • Expertise in data extraction, process design, and stakeholder collaboration.
  • Familiarity with user adoption activities, including onboarding, support ticket management, and enhancement tracking.
  • Knowledge of governance and compliance for digital platforms, including SLA and usage compliance.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience with digital platforms such as Email Campaign Management, Journey Orchestration, and Project Management software.
  • Hands-on experience with user support, training, and user adoption activities.
