About the position
As a Consultant in Project Controls Engineering at Precision Medicine Group, you will play a pivotal role in supporting biomanufacturing projects throughout the engineering lifecycle. This position involves collaborating with various stakeholders to deliver high-quality project controls deliverables, while also fostering long-term client relationships and enhancing your technical expertise in the life sciences sector.
Responsibilities
- Create alignment with cross-functional client departments, including Design, Construction, Validation, Manufacturing, Quality, Supply Chain, and Engineering.
- Produce key project controls deliverables, including budget estimates, detailed project schedules and milestones, feasibility estimates, risks, forecasts, and scenario analysis, project cost reports, and trend analysis.
- Deliver comprehensive monthly project summary reports.
- Analyze complex project data and communicate findings clearly to support decision-making.
- Maintain internal site tools such as site dashboards and deliverable trackers.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Life Science, Engineering, or related discipline and/or comparable military experience.
- Minimum 3 years of scheduling and/or project controls experience.
- Experience with Smartsheet, Microsoft Project, and/or Primavera P6 highly preferred.
- Full-time on-site client presence.
- Willingness to travel as required to support project and business needs.
Nice-to-haves
- Experience in the life sciences industry.
- Familiarity with Earned Value Analysis and PO management tools.
