About the position

The Consultant - Public Sector role at North Highland involves working across various capabilities and industry verticals to drive change and transformation for clients. Responsibilities

  • Develop deliverables for client projects using Word, Excel, or PowerPoint.
  • Deliver presentations and organize client and internal meetings and workshops.
  • Collaborate across disciplines to provide creative solutions to client challenges.
  • Contribute to business development proposals and identify new opportunities.
  • Establish positive relationships with clients and peers to build credibility and support networks.
  • Cultivate knowledge of clients' business models and increase engagement in projects.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of relevant work experience.
  • A bachelor's degree from an accredited college/university; a master's degree and/or applicable professional certifications are preferred.
  • Proficiency with MS Office tools.
  • Strong time management, planning, and organization skills.
  • Ability to recognize different personal communication styles and leverage them for collaboration.
  • Proven capability to follow a structured approach to solving complex problems.
