About the position

The Consultant, Sales & Support Administration role at Cardinal Health focuses on providing essential sales support to enhance customer engagement and drive product sales, particularly in the ecommerce space. This position involves managing customer accounts, collaborating with various stakeholders, and ensuring effective implementation of sales strategies to meet organizational objectives.

Responsibilities

• Handle all customer inquiries relating to customer account
• Manage assigned customer requests for pricing proposals
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders including sourcing, inventory management, product development, marketing, pricing, legal, and quality
• Provide new product launches, product NDC changes, and product spotlight marketing communications
• Continually monitor revenue and supply chain against established goals
• Track and trend key performance indicators
• Work with customers on product forecasting to ensure consistent supply chain and product support
• Support administration of the Major Rugby Amazon master catalog affiliated with our Amazon storefront by maintaining product assignment database.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in related field, or equivalent work experience, preferred
• 4-8 years of related experience, preferred
• Customer-focused and results driven
• Strong Excel skills with an emphasis on data analytics
• Amazon marketplace knowledge, preferred
• Ability to travel 10% as necessary, which may include overnight stays.
