Requirements

• Experience working in a customer service or contact center environment.
• Passion for providing an exceptional guest experience.
• Basic troubleshooting skills related to streaming services on various devices.
• Basic PC keyboarding skills and experience with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel).
• Strong problem-diagnosis and problem-solving skills.
• Multi-tasking skills with the ability to use several applications simultaneously.

• Experience working with CRM applications.

Responsibilities

• Support customers by providing exceptional service and assistance with streaming services.
