Responsibilities
- Dedicate up to 70% of time to billable project work
- Conduct customer-focused workshops and explain product benefits
- Collaborate with network and applications teams for solution design
- Create network and application tier segmentation strategies
- Provide pre-sales support as a Subject-Matter Expert
- Meet first-year objectives by conducting customer workshops, gathering input, designing solutions, and creating resources
- Showcase expertise in network technologies and cloud best practices
- Interactively whiteboard solutions with customers and create comprehensive documentation
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of industry experience
- Expertise in hybrid cloud networks and security
- Proficient in network technologies such as ingress/egress, proxies, load balancing, and overlays
- Experience with Azure and AWS networking and security concepts
- CCNA or equivalent certification and VCP or equivalent experience
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field of study
- Strong documentation and communication skills
- Ability to interactively whiteboard solutions with customers
