The Consulting Cloud Solution Engineer/Developer is a senior-level consulting role focused on delivering high-quality cloud solutions to meet customer needs. The role requires hands-on involvement in solution implementation and collaboration with consulting sales teams to drive business development and resolve complex customer issues.

Responsibilities

• Analyze customer business needs and ensure Oracle solutions meet objectives.
• Lead solution design and implementation aspects of engagements.
• Provide direction and mentoring to project teams.
• Influence customer leadership on key decisions regarding solutions.
• Support business development efforts by pursuing new opportunities.
• Collaborate with consulting sales teams by providing domain expertise.
• Resolve complex customer issues by recommending and implementing solutions.
• Demonstrate expertise in multiple business processes across product families.

Requirements

• Broad understanding of cloud, hybrid, and on-premises solutions.
• Experience in designing business solutions utilizing Oracle products and technology.
• Ability to operate independently and apply Oracle methodology and leading practices.
• Technical expertise in cloud migrations, cyber security, and customer mission challenges.
• Hands-on experience as a cloud architectural engineer.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience as a contractor in the Intelligence Community.
• Cloud certifications are a plus.
• Good understanding of networking and required security.
• Experience in implementing systems in Oracle Cloud, AWS, Azure, or other Cloud environments.
